Based in Orange County, California, critically acclaimed author and Yoga Instructor, Christy Brock brings her 10+ years of yoga instruction and passion to the classroom. Her desire to help teenagers learn the art and relaxation of yoga has spawned workshops and trainings for teachers across the country.

Christy is a registered teacher through Yoga Alliance at the highest ERYT 500 level and her trainings hours count with Yoga Alliance credits. She has extensive experience teaching yoga to teens in studios, schools, camps and intervention programs and training others to teach yoga to teenagers.
